WORKING POLICY

To ensure the quality of our work and to respect everyone’s time, the following business policy applies:

📆 Appointments and Scheduling

  • Each session is scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for you and your dog.

  • Please arrive on time. In case of lateness, the session will not be extended.

❌ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge:

    • travel expenses and

    • 50% of the session price.

This covers the time, preparation, and travel already dedicated to your appointment.

💳 Payments

  • Payment is due after the session or as agreed in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

  • Our mission is to create a safe and effective learning space and build a strong relationship between you and your dog.

  • We expect owners to be open to guidance, committed to the process, and respectful of these working terms.
